Welcome

Welcome to the public consultation for our proposed detailed planning application. The 0.223-hectare site lies within a wider 2.2-hectare allocation identified in the Local Plan for new office space and residential development. ATC Properties (the Developer) have owned the St Davids Court (part of the site allocation) since 1997 and are now looking at its long-term future as the office needs have changed.

This consultation provides an opportunity for the community, local businesses, and stakeholders to review the proposals and offer comments before a planning application is submitted.

About Our Proposal

The project involves the replacement of three existing two-storey neo-Georgian style office buildings and the redevelopment of the site to deliver an eight-storey new build, high-quality Grade A office. The new building will provide approximately 70,000 sq ft of energy-efficient workspace and will be supported by improvements to landscape and public realm around the site through removal of boundary walls to David Street and Front Row, enabling a wider footway and planting enhancements.

The new building provides a contextually sensitive approach, reflecting the Holbeck Conservation Area’s heritage in its materials and character, whilst embracing the taller scale of this rapidly evolving part of the city, where substantial investment has already taken place.
